Admission

The sanctioned intake approved by the NCTE is 50. Through counseling by the State Council of Educational Research and Training, Chennai 50% (25 seats) are filled in on merit cum communal reservation and the another 25 seats are filled by the management.

Eligibility for Admission

Pass in the Higher Secondary Examination (Arts, Science, Vocational) with 45 % Marks. For OC candidates, a pass in the examination with 50 % Marks is enough.

Age Limit

The Maximum age limit is 30 years. For SC/ST Students and Physically challenged candidates the upper age limit is 35 years. For widows and Orphans age limit is 40 years.

Last date of admission and the date of commencement of the classes will be notified by the SCERT.

Scholarships

SC/ST Scholarship available from Government of Tamil Nadu.
